Summer Camp Payment Plans & Tuition Assitance
Worry Free Payment Plan
At Shepherd’s Gate, we understand the financial struggle families face while trying to ensure a safe and fun summer for their child.
We have put together a Pre-monthly Payment plan for families to help relieve the burden of making full tuition payments in June. Please speak to one of our office personnel by calling (631) 435-3215, to set up a Worry Free Payment Plan for your child’s tuition.
Tuition Assistance
is available from the Department of Social Services for qualifying families. For More information call DSS at: (631)854-9963 or (631)854-3349.
Union Child Care vouchers are accepted as well through agencies such as 1199.
Customers waiting for DSS or Grant Approval must pay all registration and tuition fees until approval letters are received by the office.
Children’s T-Shirts:
All Campers must wear a Camp Shirt EVERY DAY at camp. Camp Shirts must be ordered in advance, (preferably at the time of registration) Payment for shirts must be made by cash only.
